Breathe It Out!

Air in, air out, it’s the rhythm of life,  
Every single breath cuts through the strife.  
Oxygen dancing through every cell,  
When you breathe it right, your body can tell.  


Breathe it in — breathe it out!

Tiny sacs called alveoli,  
Trade CO2 for what we need to fly.

Every inhale’s a brand-new start,  
Exhale the fear, free your heart!
