Lost access to that email?
Your purchases are not lost just because you can’t open the old mailbox. Account recovery is available, but Victory must verify ownership before changing a paid Listener Account.
Recovery never creates a password and never moves your music or credits to a different account. If approved, you’ll still confirm control of the new email before the account address changes.

1 Victory Credit = $2. Credits are used for eligible Victory music, never expire, and stay with this Listener Account.
No password needed. Your email identifies this My Victory account. Whenever you return, Victory sends a secure one-time sign-in link so your credits, music, and downloads remain available to you.
Add Victory Credits
The minimum funding purchase is 3 credits / $6. Stripe securely collects payment; Victory adds credits only after the verified payment webhook is received.
Songs available to own
Only songs Hiedi has approved for individual sale and that pass Victory’s delivery-readiness checks appear here. Owning a song uses 1 Victory Credit and adds a durable personal-download entitlement to this account.
Albums available to own
Albums appear only when the album, artwork, every included track, owner sale approval, and generated-download fulfillment are ready. Victory never asks the artist to maintain a separate customer ZIP.

These emails are optional. Your choices never affect account access, Victory Credits, music ownership, or downloads.
Account security
There is no My Victory password. Whenever you need to sign in again, Victory emails you a secure one-time link.
